Omega-3 Index
A New Measure of Omega-3 Intake
Research suggests that blood levels of EPA and DHA are a potential indicator of heart health. Increasing the omega-3 index can be accomplished by consuming fatty fish, fish oil supplements, or SDA-containing foods.
